L Lucas Dean has been promoted to Associate in the Melbourne studio and Enoch Liew to Senior Landscape Architect. Both Lucas and Enoch have been with TCL since their student days and it’s wonderful to witness how their talent and skills in landscape architecture and urban design have flourished over the years. Lucas ran the highly awarded Parliament of Victoria Annexe project (with Peter Elliott), and the Monash University Eastern Precinct. He is currently developing masterplans for the Werribee Open Range Zoo project (with ARM) and Melbourne Square, a high-rise residential tower (with Cox). Enoch is currently involved in a range of exciting projects including the nearly completed Forecourt to the National Museum of Australia (with ARM), State and Civic Square Masterplan in Darwin (with Troppo) and 443 Queen St., a high-rise residential tower in Brisbane (with WOHA and Architectus).

TCL acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people — the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We respect their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture and recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
