Bowerbird Theatre takes up the Kevin Taylor Legacy's 2018 Creative in Residence
TCL is pleased to announce that the 2018 Kevin Taylor Legacy residency has been awarded to Bowerbird Theatre. David Joseph and Karen Berger established Bowerbird in 2015 and have over fifty-years’ experience between them in the performing arts space, telling the stories of our time through dynamic and sophisticated performances. Their first show Deceptive Threads, was awarded the Khayrallah International Art Prize and garnered excellent reviews over two Melbourne seasons. Their proposal Lingua Botanica explores plant neurobiology and our connection to gardening in an immersive performance piece. This year the KT Legacy will be performed in both TCL's Melbourne and Adelaide studios.
