Cellular Stories - Adelaide Nature Festival

As part of the Nature Festival SA, TCL Adelaide hosted a cross-disciplinary exhibition titled Cellular Stories. The exhibition showcased Kate Cullity's Cellular Curios is inspired by her intrigue of the scientific world as viewed through the lens of the microscope. Works include a collection of rugs created in collaboration with Jenny Jones, and mixed media wall works inspired by female human reproductive cellular structure.

Alongside this, Sakthivel Eakambaranathan's Whispering Folds – a series of works composed using traditional origami techniques, is inspired from cross-cultural artworks, celebrating the profound connection between people, the land, and the living beings that inhabit it.

If you would like to have a piece of this exhibition in your own home, have a look here at the spectacular Jenny Jones Rugs.
