We have had a busy month with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects National Awards in Naarm/ Melbourne and World Architecture Festival Awards ceremonies in Singapore.
The Greenline project was successful across both events receiving two awards at the World Architecture Festival and an Award of Excellence in Landscape Planning at the National AILA Awards.
The Greenline project was produced in collaboration with City of Melbourne and ASPECT Studios the Master Plan provides a community-driven strategy for transforming the north bank of the Yarra River–Birrarung. The project recognises the Birrarung as a living entity aligned with Traditional Owner values, and searches for opportunities that reconnect people with a diversity of authentic experiences. It was awarded the WAFX Future Project Category Winner for Masterplanning and a WAFX Award in the Water Category.
Alongside this, and a little closer to home, we are proud to have been recognised with National AILA Award of Excellence for Glenthorne National Park-Ityamaiitpinna Yarta Nature Playground and Landscape Architecture Award in the Health and Education category for ‘Village Green’ at the University of New South Wales.
