Oaklands Park and Wetland wins AILA Award of Excellence
The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) has announced the winners of the 2018 SA Landscape Architecture Awards and our Oaklands Park and Wetland project received the top honour in the Parks and Open Space category.
The Oaklands Wetland project was a partnership between the City of Marion, the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Natural Resources Management Board, the South Australian Government, and the Australian Government. The wetland cleans stormwater from the Sturt River, and the cleaned stormwater is then stored in a confined aquifer nearly 100 metres under the ground. View more coverage of the awards here.
