The landscape design integrates a lake as the reflective surface for a large overhead "Technology Park" sign projecting from the building.

A winding black water rill begins underneath the building and flows over pebbles in the entrance court and down the grass slope into the pond.The sinuous line of the rill is continued in the lake edge and highlighted by the use of the landform and reed planting.  Overall the landscape compliments the building, provides outdoor spaces for staff and creates a striking entrance statement for Technology Park.
