Melbourne Square wins property awards
The Cox Architecture- and TCL-designed $2.8 billion Melbourne Square won two awards at the 2019/20 Asia Pacific Property Awards held recently in Bangkok. The massive project includes a 3,745-square-metre public park, which will include cascading water features, European-inspired piazzas, belvederes and an elevated outdoor terrace. The project was awarded the ‘Residential High-rise Architecture Award’ and the ‘Mixed-use Development Award’ by a jury comprising of more than 80 industry experts as well as members of the UK House of Lords – Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso. Congratulations to our clients Osk Property and everyone involved. Construction of stage one, which includes the park, is due to be complete in late 2019. More here via Architecture and Design.
