We develop masterplans that establish clear spatial, landscape and movement frameworks for complex sites and precincts. TCL approaches placemaking through the design of environments that support identity, activity, belonging and everyday use. We work with the physical, cultural and social qualities of a place to create spaces that feel distinctive, inclusive and connected to their context, rather than relying on activation or programming alone.
TCL uses engagement and co-design to better understand the people, values and lived experience that shape a place. We work with clients, communities, stakeholders and Traditional Owners to inform design thinking, test ideas and build shared understanding throughout the design process. Our approach is tailored to each project and focused on ensuring engagement meaningfully influences design outcomes.
