"I am inspired by landscape architecture’s ability to tell stories about both the intricacies and boundlessness of Country. I’m drawn to poetic designs that require deep listening to site and an understanding of its systems and deep histories. I am particularly interested in how a broad range of artistic practices and speculative thinking can be integrated into design strategies to help create meaningful public space. I am also excited by the discipline’s capacity for experimentation and iteration, with each project providing new insight into the patterns and language of Country."
