About

Kylie returned to TCL in 2023, bringing experience across urban design, architecture, private practice and disability consultancy. She is passionate about inclusive urban design and architecture, with a strong focus on creating healing and nurturing environments. Her experience spans masterplanning, strategic reporting, feasibility studies, design documentation and stakeholder engagement across both public and private sector projects.

Kylie has worked with private developers in New South Wales and Queensland, Parks Australia, Adelaide City Council, and consultant teams delivering programs for the Minister of Housing and Urban Development. She has also consulted to the PHN and NDIS, led training programs in construction documentation, and is currently studying towards certification as an access auditor.
