About

TCL was engaged by Monash University to design and deliver the Eastern Precinct Landscape (EPL) which incorporates four new residential buildings, the new Campus Park and Sports Walk.A range of facilities are provided within the precinct including residential outdoor spaces, BBQ and picnic areas, seating, shade, native gardens, water treatment areas, access paths, passive recreation zones, sporting multi-courts and outdoor dining for cafe and retail. The design of the EPL reflects the planting character of the campus hosting large areas of Australian native and indigenous vegetation.Additionally a significant water harvesting system cleans, stores and provides irrigation and gray water for the entire precinct.

TCL acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people — the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We respect their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture and recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
