TCL is one of Australia's most awarded landscape architecture practices, with over 35 years of experience in creating iconic projects that are both beautiful, and ecologically and culturally enriched.

TCL undertakes a detailed exploration of context, site and community, focusing on the poetic expression of landscape and contemporary culture. TCL are celebrated for creating vibrant, transformative environments that connect people to place.

Projects
Through a dynamic and collaborative dialogue with clients, communities, academics, and colleagues, we have delivered an eclectic body of work that speaks of quality, commitment, beauty and richness. This is achieved within real world constraints of time, management, and cost. Many of our projects have been for significant cultural institutions such as museums, botanic gardens, universities, and national parks, while others have been part of major urban redevelopments.
Initiatives

We value discourse, collaboration and innovation within our industry and are invigorated by contributions from the wider design community in those conversations.  We regularly host and participate in talks and workshops, such as our Field Conversations series, present and attend exhibitions and conferences, conduct research as shown in our TiCkLe series, and grant a yearly recipient the KT Legacy Award to support creative individuals as they explore the human relationship to landscape.

TCL acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people — the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We respect their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture and recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
