Pop Up - definition: A PopUp is an unexpected insertion into the urban fabric. Either temporary or permanent it must have a spatial resonance either through its built form eg. a trailer selling produce, fabric wrapped around a tree or create a gathering that has ramifications on the urban fabric eg. a large group of people who turned out to watch a performance.
